Please note that i had a few insurance claims and all of them were handled by Ricklynn Haripersad and she handled all my claims with professionalism and she made me feel secured whilst dealing with my claims. On Friday 01DEC my geyser burst and had some challenges with the service providers and Ricklynn effectively dealt with the issue calmly and she allowed me to express my concerns and further engaged all relevant and make me feel as ease. I had an encounter with Anastacia Naidoo and she was also incredible and was very sympathetic towards my experience and and gave me that customer satisfaction i so dearly wanted from the momentum service providers Faith projects that failed to meet my expectations. I want to thank all Shackleton employees that assisted me with my claims and thank them for being so time bound and effective. they truely have precision time management skill and they exceed client expectations all the time no matter who you are or how you feeling they are there for you.
I'm grateful to all at this company for ensuring my financail freedom from the start to finish. <p>I bought the bed six months ago and it have ever since been infesting bad bugs after a while they pop out and a brand new bed I have never had this problem before in my house when I lifted the mattress it was bad. </p> <p>From the first day this bed was dusty and these things you don't pick up the same day. When I called sleepmaster they said that they will sort it out and now they say they can't. The bed is like that sent specialist to investigate.</p>
