Terrible unacceptable non-existing service

If I could I would give a flippen zero star. I have never experienced such **** service in my life. I bought 6 x 52V 100ah 5.2k lithium batteries 1 1/2 years ago, supposedly with 10 year warranties, paid R30k a pop at the time. Six months ago my whole inverter system stops working due to 1 of the batteries being faulty. Had it removed, then found I had to send it all the way to Ctn from PE at my own cost. Thing was away for about 3 months before it was returned supposedly fixed, and not under warranty mind you, I had to pay, cant even remember the stupid reason. 6 months later and the same one is again f*cked, off we go to Ctn again, that was 18 days ago and I've just been told it is still in the queue, not even on the test bench yet. Stuff that, I'm selling them all and getting better stuff. My advice is stay away from BlueNova!!
