I have done my solar system with Bluespec contractors

I have done my solar system with Bluespec contractors. I just added 8 solar panels few months ago . I wanted to add more solar panels . i have been messaging the owner for 2 weeks, but he promised to send someone to come and install the panels. His not been replying to my messages. I told him that his taking his client for granted. Service delivery is bad.
