Despite a colleague advising Mpho of my correct shade, Mpho sold me an incorrect shade. I discovered this only after purchase. 2. Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair: I purchased two bottles; the second bottle was only half full. 3. Customer service: When I returned to the store to address the issues, both Mpho and Thuli were rude and disrespectful. I have video recordings of both staff members shouting in the store while other customers were present. Requested actions I request the following remedial actions: 1. Immediate refund or replacement (my choice) for the incorrect foundation. 2. Full refund or replacement for the defective (half-full) Estee Lauder product. 3. A written apology from the store acknowledging the inappropriate conduct I experienced. 4. An internal investigation into the conduct and the product handling, and confirmation of any corrective actions or staff training to prevent recurrence. 5. Confirmation that you have reviewed staff procedures for product checks and returns to ensure product quality and customer dignity. Hyundai fourways they are useless and ***********. I booked my car yesterday for service and I told them the issue with my car and today im getting calls from technician asking me the same thing over and over. I then called the lady I spoke to yesterday she transfered my call to her manager. The manger was not helpful.
Unprofessional Conduct Clicks Leaping Frog I am writing to complain about the conduct of the manager at the Clicks Leaping Frog branch I have been a Clicks customer for decades and spend approximately R30,000 per month at your stores, so I was very disappointed by the treatment I received. I attempted to return an item but was refused because the purchase was made at another branch. The Fourways Mall manager called and sent a copy of the receipt to Leaping Frog to confirm the purchase, but the Leaping Frog manager still refused to process the return. Im a regular client at Papachino Broadacreas today. I decided to buy from Papachino pineslopes. It was the worst experience. I ordered 4 burgers, and the beef burgers were dry, and chips were burned, and the order was not complete. The added sachets of peppers and salt inside the burgers. This is the worst service ever
The lady from Fourways Salsa Mexican was rude. She i in****ed me her Nicole. She was rude. Menzi, the waiter, was very arrogant . The service is also pathetic. The manager was great. However, you can see that she's very sweet and the waiters do what they like.
