They refused to refund me my money
The manager called me after the mistake of the wrong information they gave me,I was told i will get zero refund for the money I paid,pls Becareful with Wolo travel, they are. ****ers.

I contacted Wolo travel,before I signed up with them,the guy Paul convinced me with a certain package that was a good price,I was very interested and i paid,before I paid for the package I asked him about the visa as we have a Nigerian passport and he promised to help with an application for an additional price and I had no problem with it,i paid the first amount and did my own research about the visa,I found out that the visa money he quoted was very less than it's normal price,I sent him emails making him aware,he started ignoring my emails,I made calls ,I spoke to his colleagues that informed me that everyone knows that Nigerian passport it's high risky,they do not know why Paul agreed to that,he **** to me saying that he knows several people who traveled to Bali using that passpory he knows and he was gonna asked them, Then I asked him what was the out come about those people and he had no answer,he just became apologetic about the wrong information he gave me and he was so sorry that he cannot help,I asked if he can change my trip to a no visa destination and he said they do not offer any,I said i need my refund back and he sent me an email of taking almost the whole money I paid,I feel like he Wolo travel it's a *****sters,why will they want to take my money when it's their fault of wrong information,iam willing to sue them if they take my money,I have records of everything.

WOLO is legit
WOLO is legit and one of the best travel agencies. I had the time of my life booked a solo trip with them and Monja Mathee made everything easy for me, she literally held my hand every step of the way. She even called to check on me after the vacation.

Message I Gonnasagree Moodley aka Mano would like to lodge a complaint against Wolo travels. I booked a trip to Vietnam with Wolo travels. I did not deal directly with the agent which was Boledi Matheba because we did a group booking so she was communicating with one person from the group. The contract was forwarded to me which I did read and understand. At that time my passport was valid so the booking was done and everything was paid for. It was not brought to my notice that at time of booking that my passport will not be valid at time of travel. The travel agent could have brought to my attention at time of booking which was in May that I will not be able to travel with it in November. On 30 October I tried to check in for my flight on 1 November then only did I realize that my passport was invalid because the system red flagged me. I immediately called Boledi she said it’s not her responsibility to advise me. I then asked for advice she said I could cancel, reschedule or take a risk go to the help desk humble myself and plead my case. I did tell I did not live down the road to take all my luggage from KZN south coast and go to Jhb. I could not take that risk to be turned down at the airport. I did enquire with other travel agents and the embassy and they reassured me that I would never be allowed to travel. As a result I had to cancel my trip. My husband was also booked to go and unfortunately he also had to cancel as he could not travel without me. We are senior citizens we had saved to go on this trip. We were very disappointed. In my opinion Boledi could have alerted me at the time of booking. It seems like she was just interested in doing the sale. Even when I encountered this problem she did not show any empathy and still gave me hope by telling me to take the risk. This is not the advice you give to senior people that are ******** of travel rules. As a travel agent she could have done better. Now we stand to lose lots of hard earned money. I hope this issue can be addressed

From start to finish, Danelle took care of every detail, providing helpful travel tips, clear communication, and valuable reminders that truly enhanced our experience. A huge thank you to Wolo’s guide in Bali, Mr. Alon, who was exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, and caring throughout our journey. As first-time international travelers, we truly appreciated his helpful advice and calm guidance. He made sure everyone was comfortable, was always punctual, and shared so many fascinating insights about Bali’s culture, food, and people. Thanks to Alon, we’re already dreaming about our next visit to explore even more! Our stay at the Sevn Legian Hotel was wonderful as well! The staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly honest. I was especially impressed when I accidentally left money in my pocket before sending clothes for laundry, and they returned it neatly in an envelope—such integrity truly stood out. The breakfast, infinity pool, and overall hospitality were top-notch. The people of Bali are so kind, honest, and welcoming—the whole country makes visitors feel genuinely cared for. We returned home with full hearts and unforgettable memories. 🌺✈️💖

WOLO Travel is the best.
We had Boitumelo as our agent. She was super friendly and listened to what I personally wanted for my trip. She kept contact and got us good prices for a peak season. Would definitely recommend Wolo.
