The manager called me after the mistake of the wrong information they gave me,I was told i will get zero refund for the money I paid,pls Becareful with Wolo travel, they are. ****ers.
I contacted Wolo travel,before I signed up with them,the guy Paul convinced me with a certain package that was a good price,I was very interested and i paid,before I paid for the package I asked him about the visa as we have a Nigerian passport and he promised to help with an application for an additional price and I had no problem with it,i paid the first amount and did my own research about the visa,I found out that the visa money he quoted was very less than it's normal price,I sent him emails making him aware,he started ignoring my emails,I made calls ,I spoke to his colleagues that informed me that everyone knows that Nigerian passport it's high risky,they do not know why Paul agreed to that,he **** to me saying that he knows several people who traveled to Bali using that passpory he knows and he was gonna asked them, Then I asked him what was the out come about those people and he had no answer,he just became apologetic about the wrong information he gave me and he was so sorry that he cannot help,I asked if he can change my trip to a no visa destination and he said they do not offer any,I said i need my refund back and he sent me an email of taking almost the whole money I paid,I feel like he Wolo travel it's a *****sters,why will they want to take my money when it's their fault of wrong information,iam willing to sue them if they take my money,I have records of everything.
I am really disappointed with Game The glen shopping mall, I purchased a Milex Airfryer on 27 January 2025, and on 31 January 2026, I returned it because it was faulty. I understood the warranty had ended, but when I asked for the next steps, the service became unprofessional. A staff member named Sinelisiwe told me I had to pay to book it in but said she had "no clue" what the cost would be. She kept mentioning strange "coating charges" and "repair charges" but couldn't explain them. Even when the Milex rep, Claudette, instructed her to book it in without a fee, Sinelisiwe refused to follow instructions. In the end, the manager told me to take it to the warehouse myself. I am heartbroken; I didn't mind paying for the fix, but I felt like they were just trying to get rid of me. Now I’m stuck with a broken machine.
Ok i bought MTN airtime on the 8th Aug,the airtime was debited from my acc but not credited to my MTN,I reported the matter to MTN they told me they cannot see anything on their site,I shoul contact the band for *****ulent,I did as told and I wanted my money back,instead capitec sent me an email to say the money was credited back to MTN,I called MTN they advised they see nothing on their site,why Capitec should credited my money to them when I want it back,oam not happy because it's clear the money is with capitec they don't wanna give me back.
I bought airtime several times without it credited to my account,this time it did not go well bcos i felt into the soo called extra time option that I don't even know how It was activated ,soo on the 8th August I bought 100 rands airtime using my capitec Acc ,it was not credited into my my MTN but dedicated from Acc,so I decided to buy data not knowing my data will pay the extra time that I don't know how iam owing,I called the customer care and I was told to check in two hours,I did but nothing,the next day I called still nothing ,today 11th I was told the system is slow but they will call me back for findings,i waited the whole day but still nothing,I called back to find out myself but still nothing,I can't buy data and I can't buy airtime bcoz iam scared now that it's either not credited or it pays extra time,I almost bought another service sim card today.
Iyoooo vodacom introduced their contract fibi service for 800 then suddenly I saw my self paying more than 1200 when I asked I was told that contract was finished but no one contacted me and give options,instead they decided to do what they like,from february I tried to migrate from that high amount to law amout,I chose the option of paying 500 but even today iam told stories of this and that,I think they are a ****,instead of the paying me back the money for upgrading without my concern,iam hearing more stories,iam done
During the week I went for abdominal surgery so out of the theatre the nurses advised me to buy abdominal beld via take a lot,me being still under sedation and not wanting wrong results I immediately made an order,it was delivered today in the morning and i was excited not knowing it was a small size,i did not even bother to try it bcoz its written that is small size,i immediately called take a lot customer service,i spoke to Sebolelo my problem,he promised to excalate the matter to the supervisor,after an hour he sent me an email requesting for pictures of the item,i did sent them and called the customer service again,i was now talking to the lady who told me that it was approved,the item was gonna be picked up by my place tomorrow,i was so happy and thankful,after two hours i was called to asked again why do i want to exchange the item?then i gave the same explanation that the size wont fit,the lady told me no problem they will keep me updated,then two hours my request was declined,why suddenly I do not know,well I don't have money to buy another one,I don't want money but exchange,can someone rich to them and tell them I need the product not the money.
Today the 12/06/21i went to the above mentioned pharmacy since I bought sinutab medication on the 08/06/21and when I got home it was expired,I went back to exchange today,as I approach the white lady at the till,they were two and the younger one greeted me and I responded,and hand in the medication to say that I brought it back,without her asking me why did I bring it back,she started shouting at me and I showed her the expiration date,with loud voice she ask me if I want my money back I said yes,she went into one small room and came back saying her boss said I cannot get my money back,then I said to her if you have asked me if I wanted to exchange without shouting at me I would have said yes but know I want my money and demanded to see the boss,the boss was the pharmacist of the day and he told me if they open the till and give me back the money it will be like she is stealing though I had a receipt and the medication back,I was highly disappointed at the whole situation and I was given the option of leaving without the medication and money,because iam a peace maker I gave both to them let them win and I will loose since iam stupid.
