Dissapointed!
I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service at Bluff Meat Supply in Richards Bay.
This is not the first time we have visited this branch only to find that the meat we requested is out of stock. It seems to be an ongoing issue with availability, which is frustrating and inconvenient for customers who specifically go there expecting reliable supply.
To make matters worse, the staff are consistently rude and appear uninterested in assisting customers. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service skills is unacceptable. Instead of trying to help or offer alternatives, they come across as dismissive and ***********.
After repeated bad experiences, we feel we have no choice but to escalate the matter further on HelloPeter. Customer service and stock management need serious improvement at this branch.
