On the 30th of May 2025, I visited Bluff Meat Supply at Durban Central to load my new card with money to use in December. I gave the cashier an amount of R3600 to load to my super card which I have been using since 2023.

Problem starts when i go to redeem my money and they telling me that there are no funds in my card and the last transaction made on my card was on December 2024.

When I'm doing a follow up, they are asking for a slip that they gave me after loading, which I have misplaced. Now when I ask them to check on the system, they are doing it behind the scenes and only telling me verbally that there was no transaction made on that day. When I ask for that days footage, they are saying they can't show it to me because I don't have the slip as proof that I did redeem at their shop. It's been a month now of them saying they are checking on the system.
