Professional and competent real estate management service
Bluegrass Lifestyle Real Estate effectively manages two complexes where we own properties. In all my dealings with Michelle, Keith and their support team, they have delivered a professional and highly efficient service. Communication is prompt and transparent. Advice is constructive and they demonstrate a sound knowledge of HOA matters and complex management. Their service is hands-on, friendly and highly recommended.

In all my dealings with Michelle, Keith and their support team, they have delivered a professional and highly efficient service. Communication is prompt and transparent. Advice is constructive and they demonstrate a sound knowledge of HOA matters and complex management. Their service is hands-on, friendly and highly recommended.

Professional and efficient service
Bluegrass has been a phenomenal managing agent addition to our complex. They have been professional and very efficient as a managing agent since taking over in 2023. Michelle, Keith, and their team’s service have been exceptional, assisting us, the HOA of a complex, with sorting out old historic issues, to sorting the current immediate issues effectively. Their communication has been professional, prompt and transparent at all times. They have a wealth of experience and have assisted us in providing the correct information to our complex residents. We highly recommend their services. They will go beyond and more to assist their clients.

Costs keep rising from the property agents, but nothing being done to improve the property. Serios health and safety issues and bad management. Body corprate doesn't give a ****.
