Request a vehicle tow, Tido senses arrived, operator totally inexperienced, did not know how to load the vehicle, after 1 hour to get it on the operator did confirm where the vehicle must go ( only a 8 km trip) it took over a hour and then the driver was confused to where he must go although he's got a GPS. I did inform budget that I was scared to drive the vehicle hence the tow request yet the operator at the end had to drive the vehicle onto the trailer with wheels spinning. We pay a lot for our car insurance but when the insurance company sends someone they go for the cheapest unprofessional options. At the end Budget insurance could not even get hold of the service provider and had to contact the service centre to confirm that the vehicle was received. I will hold budget insurance and Tido senses liable for any other damage do my vehicles engine.
Constant complaints about equipment that's faulty and other issues where it was just a lack of maintenance, injured ankle on one of the machines and requested contact to be terminated, now after stalling and not getting back to me they refuse,
After struggling with the courier that Impaq uses, **** about not being able to contact me, then the second day send the courier with no parcel and third day recieving the parcel and box was destroyed. I send a email to all of the Impaq email addresses but now 3 working days later still waiting for any feedback. Then the sales rep changes the account holder information to my wife and thus we are not able to access the tutors guid for my child. V
The worst service, first the driver lies and say's he couldn't get hold of us at 19H40, then when they came the next day the parcel wasn't even in the vehicle, call the customer care and they are just as *********** keep on transferring you and then put the phone down in your ear, that's after a 15-20 minute hold on the line, all that is said is were sorry.
Midrand Halfway house had no water from Friday 13H30 was reported by numerous people. All that Johannesburg Water can say its cable theft, Eskom must repair, Eskom does not answer there phones nor messages, the ward counciler in midrand doesn't answer her phone nor responding to emails. How can this be allowed.
Costs keep rising from the property agents, but nothing being done to improve the property. Serios health and safety issues and bad management. Body corprate doesn't give a ****.
After one of there drivers nearly drove in to my vehicle in midrand as he wasn't paying attention to the road, he shouts at me and tells me to **** off.. That's extremely professional All is not well security more like it
Worst service ever, booked a truck to move furniture, called at 8am they were at another site of loading, called again at 12 they were still offloading. (now it was for a 4ton truck) the called at 1 again same story called at 2 then got rudely told the client didn't have keys for there place to offload. Called at 3 and the driver said he's 30min away, after 30min the driver not answering calls, but the owner Duncan who puts the phone down in your ear says the truck had a puncture where they were but now that's more than a hour away SO WHO'S LYING?? then get a message to say there is another tuck 1Hr30min away, now that would arrive at 5pm and again Donald extremely rude! That truck only arrived at 10PM... And then I get told by Donald that I must do a instant payment for the balance of the move. PERSONALLY I WANTED TO REFUSE BUT THE GUY THAT GOT DRAGGED IN WHO WHERE SUBCONTRACTED IS A STAR AND I DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR HIM.

I submitted a claim for my TV that stopped working after power outage, took the TV for a claims report that stated it was a powersurge. Got a call to say the excess is R2100 and on top of that there is a extra R1350 fee because of the power surge, now how the HELL does that work?? For me it's just a scam that Virseker don't have to pay the full amount. I phoned and they said it's standard practice?? But they can't explain how I works, I am disappointed and disgusted with Virseker
