An absolutely horrible experience with this company. They quote you and don't mention that the amount quoted is for ONE load. Mind you, it was expensive. The 3rd party guys are so impeccably rude and came 3 hours late! I moved on Saturday, they only took one load, came in a 2ton truck, carried all the small light boxes and then left. I sent an email that same evening and have not heard a peep from this company but they were very quick to take my money. I would advise not to use their services and rather go with trusted sources.

This broker is very rude and disrespectful. He gladly came to a 77 year old woman's house claiming to help and take her load as a shared load and never told her that the payment needed to be immediate. the day the third party collected her things, he told her he will not deliver her things until the money clears in her account. Her tickets were booked to leave the same day, no place to stay and not being able to get her furniture the next day was left stranded and just blocked her and her daughter from receiving any answers. He is a rotten person to deal with.

From the moment I booked with Duncan Logistics, the service was terrible. The owner was extremely rude and could never confirm pick-up or delivery times. Every time I followed up, I was told “I’ll let you know,” but no one ever got back to me. After my belongings were picked up on Friday morning, the owner messaged me demanding an extra R500. I felt forced to pay it because I was afraid my belongings would not be returned. When booking, I was promised next-day delivery. Instead, I only received my belongings four days later. Each time I followed up, the owner was rude and dismissive, telling me to “just relax and wait.” When I eventually told him I had lost all patience, his response was, “I like that statement.” Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when my items were finally delivered, my mirror, television, and washing machine were damaged and broken. This is by far the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and careless with customers’ belongings. I strongly recommend not using Duncan Logistics.

It took too long to fetch my stuff(5 days) after I made a booking 10 days earlier. They made me pay an extra R1500 after they took my stuff, I paid because I was afraid I'll never get my stuff again.

My glassware are all broken on boxes I wrote Fragile. the movers threw my stuff on other pallets and some of my things are even missing. If you tell the owner he will be rude and try and mock you. what a disgrace of a company. I honestly regret using them but I was in a hurry and didn't do my research enough.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service (or lack thereof) from Duncan Logistics and Furniture Removals. I contracted them for a "Dedicated Delivery" from Midrand to Polokwane. During transit, their vehicle was involved in an accident, resulting in my clothing being lost, damaged, or ****** while in their care. Despite submitting a formal claim with a detailed valuation on 5 December 2025, and sending multiple follow-up emails and a formal Letter of Demand, the management has completely ghosted me. I have received zero feedback and no acknowledgement of their liability under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Now they are boasting it, telling me Good Luck with "your legal steps" It is unacceptable for a logistics company to go "radio silent" when a client’s belongings are lost due to an accident involving their own fleet. Their lack of professionalism and total disregard for customer service is shocking. Current Status: I have officially lodged a dispute with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) and am proceeding with legal action Attorneys/Small Claims Court to recover my losses. Warning to others: Think twice before trusting Duncan Logistics with your goods. They are quick to take your money but will disappear the moment something goes wrong.
