From the moment I booked with Duncan Logistics, the service was terrible. The owner was extremely rude and could never confirm pick-up or delivery times. Every time I followed up, I was told “I’ll let you know,” but no one ever got back to me. After my belongings were picked up on Friday morning, the owner messaged me demanding an extra R500. I felt forced to pay it because I was afraid my belongings would not be returned. When booking, I was promised next-day delivery. Instead, I only received my belongings four days later. Each time I followed up, the owner was rude and dismissive, telling me to “just relax and wait.” When I eventually told him I had lost all patience, his response was, “I like that statement.” Completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when my items were finally delivered, my mirror, television, and washing machine were damaged and broken. This is by far the worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable, and careless with customers’ belongings. I strongly recommend not using Duncan Logistics.
