I am very disappointed with the service from MDS Colliery regarding a parcel that was supposed to be delivered from Axxess yesterday. Yesterday the parcel was not delivered as expected. Instead, I received a call from a lady asking if the driver had contacted me, which he had not. During that call she confirmed that the parcel would definitely be delivered today. She also confirmed my address with me, and I even provided the nearest landmark to make it easier for the driver. Today I called to check on the delivery. The first consultant I spoke to told me they only service my area on Fridays. This made no sense because I was clearly told yesterday that the parcel would be delivered today. I was then transferred to a second consultant who claimed that my address is near Namibia, which is completely incorrect. The closest country to my location is Mozambique, not Namibia. Despite explaining this, I was simply told the parcel will now be delivered on Friday. What is most frustrating is that the consultants completely dismissed what their colleague told me yesterday. There seems to be a serious lack of communication within the company, and the information given to customers is inconsistent and unreliable. This level of poor service, confusion, and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. I expected much better professionalism and coordination.

This review concerns the rudeness of a driver and not the quality of service provided by MDS Collivery. We expected a parcel which was promptly delivered. However when the delivery vehicle was at our gate, the driver kept on hooting like crazy to catch our attention. On the delivery / waybill slip there was a phone number to contact. When confronting the driver why he blew the hooter all the time, he rep****, that it is not his problem that we have no intercom. When asked why he does not call me on the number provided on the waybill, he rep**** he had no airtime. When I said that that it is not my mistake that he has no airtime, he rep**** and shouted at me that it is not his problem, that I do not have an intercom. It is sad to see that courier companies employ such rude employees. Thus please beware of their rude drivers.

First time using you and not impressed. We needed an important letter of demand delivered to a specific recipient, yet you delivered it to " Plus John" - how will this help us in the small claims court? When I whatsapp you, you dont reply. You seem to show no interest in making sure delivery happened !!

Have not received my delivery since last week Friday with no response. When I call to find out what the delay is I am being told that my issue is escalated, to be honest I just want my parcel which does not look like I will be getting as to date no one is telling me what the hold up is. I am beginning of think that this parcel is lost has there is no way a courier service will not be able to tell you how far your parcel is. In a market overflowing with courier companies, Collivery stands out for all the wrong reasons. Communication is appalling, customer service is non-existent, and their helpline is a complete joke — calls and messages go unanswered. When you eventually manage to speak to someone, the attitude is dismissive and indifferent. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Collivery clearly has no interest in its customers or in running a professional operation. Do yourself a favour and steer clear — there are many other providers who actually deliver on their promises. How this company is still in business is beyond comprehension.
