We love Wimpy restaurants, but lately we encounter more and more shocking poor slow service The 2 waiters ( yes both introduced them as our waiter ) were basically non existent. We said outside where there were 2 other tables with guests inside only 1 table The male waiter spoke so soft one even couldn’t hear him and even with asking to speak up he didn’t, the lady waitress was better but very absent and if outside avoided eyecontact Food came aprox 50 minutes after ordering Both were small orders The food was nice , but service destroyed the expperience
We had to make up time for an appointment in Breestreet and decided to have coffee and a bite at Bootlegger coffee co. We know it very well from other areas in the Cape The attendance and service was swift,pleasant and fast. The rest however shockingly poor, my capucino wich I ordered strong was served cold and milky, horrible the least, my partner ordered a freezo , wich was also a dissaster , of the 5 choices , 4 weren’t available and she decided to have a coffee instead , the sandwich we ordered was ok, I am not a chef but believe I can do better, it was rather tasteless. The waiter was very apologetic, and offered a 20% discount. We did see a ( white ) manager on site and wondered why ? The bicycleshop nearby could teach them how to make real good, warm, tasting coffee for a better price and fast service
Ordered a tv from incredible,as a present for someone else. Did the right thing (for an utterly useless SABC) and provided the ID,proof of ID and lisencenr to Incredible connection,paid and left it. not merely an hour later a very unprofessional e mail from one of their workers ordering/telling me to register a new account as the details don't match. After various whats ups ,with the same questions all the time and after trying 18 times to reregister (it bombs out all the time) I decided to phone the customer line,which also bombs out immediately,and after 13 attempts I got through to a lady ,she couldn't find anything,nothing,even with order nr the lot monies taken,no product and no lead,very ****ky be careful to order online at Incredible connection
FirstShop always has the item ( and more) that I was interested in, it is like walking in a real firstshop The info on product and availability never disappoints
