Client dissatisfaction

I ordered, paid and BluStar team came to install same day. Now I stay in a remote area of Umlazi south of Durban. I realised that my conditioning system at the back of my garage was secured WITH CABLE TIES ONLY. Should MY CONDITIONING SYSTEM gets LOST BLUSTAR WILL BE HELD 100% reliable. I’ve reached out to the lady at office and I still haven’t gotten any feedback but was told they are busy and not in the area.
