Non working aircon.
Had a Blustar 18 unit installed at home. Found shoddy work done and pipes outside held together with cable ties. The aircon does not change temperature but remains on one temp i.e. room temp all the time. Many calls to the installer and Blustar have fallen on deaf ears and empty promises.

Client dissatisfaction
Hello Peter I ordered, paid and BluStar team came to install same day. Now I stay in a remote area of Umlazi south of Durban. I realised that my conditioning system at the back of my garage was secured WITH CABLE TIES ONLY. Should MY CONDITIONING SYSTEM gets LOST BLUSTAR WILL BE HELD 100% reliable. I’ve reached out to the lady at office and I still haven’t gotten any feedback but was told they are busy and not in the area.
