Non working aircon.

Had a Blustar 18 unit installed at home. Found shoddy work done and pipes outside held together with cable ties. The aircon does not change temperature but remains on one temp i.e. room temp all the time. Many calls to the installer and Blustar have fallen on deaf ears and empty promises.
