I booked a car from OR Tambo on December 23rd to 27th, 2025. All was well, and we travelled without any problems. I returned the car on the 27th to the Randburg branch, but to my surprise, five days later I received a call from Bluu Randburg telling me the car had damage. I was surprised because I know I didn't hit anything or bump into anything. I requested pictures and the footage as I was told scratch was captured by a camera when I entered the gate to drop off the car. But when I got there I was shown the footage of the 29th when the employee was reversing the car. I demanded the one for the 27th when I dropped the car. They played it several times and zoomed it, but there was no damage; the employee insisted it was not visible because it was raining on the day and also because of the camera pixels. They gave me an insurance forms to complete. Bluu car rental is surely a ****. I was expecting my refund and now the want to take all my money.
