My boss was in a car accident and was offered a courtesy car via our insurance policy. BLUU Car rental supp**** the courtesy car, and a large part of the bill was paid via the insurance claim and there were 4 extra days until his damaged car repairs were completed. All of the charges (including the 4 extra days) were billed and paid. There was NO additional driver (which we have also been billed for), and the only reason I was listed on the invoice is because my boss was not available to personally receive the car when it was delivered. We then receive a duplicate invoice for the 4 additional days, ALREADY billed and settled and its been an absolute nightmare trying to get somebody to rectify their mistake. And to top it all off, I am now personally receiving threatening texts and messages that I will be blacklisted if the duplicate 4 extra days invoice is not settled.
