Blu Voucher scheme

Charged by BLU voucher and Capitec banking app for a voucher that I never recieved and I'm told that nonsense but BLU VOUCHER is a big company 🤷🏿‍♂️ but they don't have a free social account like what's app for assistance they rely on us calling them with airtime or us emailing them which takes time or I should wait 24-48h for them to resolve it.... Which will be never
