This has completely blocked access to the withdrawal section, even though I have legitimate winnings in my balance. Actions taken: Re-submitted all FICA documents multiple times via portal, email (fica@supabets.co.za), and WhatsApp (065 831 7225) Received only generic replies promising "an experienced agent will contact shortly" — no one ever does Live chat is useless and queues forever This is clearly a mass issue affecting thousands (see dozens of identical complaints on Hellopeter from 20–22 Nov 2025) This constitutes unreasonable delay in paying out winnings and possible breach of responsible gambling / licence conditions. I don't want the voucher no more you have already took ur 2rand bank chargers I want my twelve Rand back. I bought the voucher so I could play numbers that did come out at the time.... Charged by BLU voucher and Capitec banking app for a voucher that I never recieved and I'm told that nonsense but BLU VOUCHER is a big company 🤷🏿♂️ but they don't have a free social account like what's app for assistance they rely on us calling them with airtime or us emailing them which takes time or I should wait 24-48h for them to resolve it.... Which will be never

Now there a game called AGT slots and they give u 5% of ur gamming back after 8hours it's a compulsory thing they do.. yesterday I play bettabets AGT lol when today I wanna see if I got free bets it's telling me I last played on the 24th...
