Dont hire BM Plumsteel before reading this review
Shortly after completion of my patio roof I notied the following: 1) One of the frame corners were not joined due to lip-channel being too short by 300mm. In stead of fixing it, they simply welded the hanging lip-channel onto the facia board - I pointed this out to Phillip and he undertook to come and fix it but never returned. 2) I was qouted 150mm x 100mm lip-channels on the frame but instead they used 100mm x 75mm, 3) The slope of the roof turned out to be insufficient for water run-off, resulting in pooling of water, 4) Poor paint job with areas that are pealing and rusting - less than 2 months later. 5) It turns out I was signifinactly over-charged.
I would not recommend them.

28 May 2024, 12:33Correction to original post on point nr. 2. I was actually charged on 100mm x 50mm lip-channels as supp****. So I recall the 2nd point.
The remaining points stand. I ended up paying someone else to weld the one corner together and fix the run-off level of the roof.
