Poor quality workmanship, Refuse to sort out their poorly done job. Impossible to get hold of once paid.
Did a really poor rethatching of a section of my roof. I feel I was overcharged they did a rush job. The roof still leaks - possibly even worse than before the rethatch. Shoddy workmanship all round ,stull sections of rotten thatch visible, Flashing was not properly sealed. No Supervisor has ever been to look and now they no longer respond to calls or emails.

BM Thatchers: Excellent Service and workmanship
An excellent company that values and provides great customer service. They are very professional, keep their promises, have competitive and reasonable pricing and did an outstanding job re-thatching my lapa. It is 30 square metres, they stripped it, fixed all the structural issues and re-thatched in 2 days total. They do not ask for a 50 percent deposit like most businesses do.
