Did a really poor rethatching of a section of my roof. I feel I was overcharged they did a rush job. The roof still leaks - possibly even worse than before the rethatch. Shoddy workmanship all round ,stull sections of rotten thatch visible, Flashing was not properly sealed. No Supervisor has ever been to look and now they no longer respond to calls or emails.
Absolutely useless - Have been experiencing outages and reinstalls for 3 weeks. They keep promising to escalate, to no avail. Ultimately, I contract through CISP, and they have the utterly useless Vumatel, who pass their installations on to other 3rd parties who are ***********, but I suffer no connectivity! Burst Geyser, keep dropping calls, no response, not responding to emails. Really not good enough This is ABSA Private insure - not the first time I have had issues - always utterly ***********.
It is close to impossible to send a parcel - the website is useless, and the chatbot is even worse! I have spent hours goiong around in circles - super frustrated. Will try someone else
Shocking service - Oven element blown on new oven. Took over a week to send a technician, now 2 weeks waiting for an element. A job I could have done in 30 min. Poor communication, Don't buy a Bosch.
I have been waiting for 2 months for ABSA Insure to sort out my claim for a small burst pipe. The pipe was repaired, but the contractor that ABSA appointed has absconded without completing the job. Absa are now completely ignoring all communications from me and seem to have washed their hands of the episode and I am left with a section of my house that looks like an abandoned building site. This is how they treat their Private Banking clients. Disgusting!
I have been trying for several months to get Vodacom to stop charging me for a handset that was paid up in March to no avail. Numerous phone calls, emails later and not only are they still charging me, but have not started charging more??? This is a disgrace.
I upgraded my contract on 20 Jan and have been experiencing ongoing problems ever since.<br> First my Data was cut off. This took a week to resolve.<br> Then my Data bundle vanished - I purchased a 5GB bundle on 22 Jan. Have been receiving warning sms about data running out with wildly varying amounts - the last one was received on Monday 8 feb stating that I had 3mb left, which is not possible as my device indicates that I have only used 2GB.<br> My other simcards which were linked to my account have been disconnected??<br> I am unable to purchase more data, have tried several methods, and my data has once again been cut off.<br> This has taken between 20 and 30 calls to the 111 call centre who seem to just put me on hold as they do not know how to resolve the matter or they blame the 3D billing system. <br> Please can somebody migrate me off the non-functioning 3D billing system to the system I had before which did not seem to have any issues.<br> Please can you find out why you are defrauding me out of Data.<br> Please can you reconnect my other sim cards which have been connected to my account for 10? Years.<br> After complaining to Customer service I am told to expect a reply in 7-14 days??? Ref 1-2445846051<br>
On 5 August, I purchased a once off 5GB data bundle. It activated 5/6 times - I kept getting sms to say that another data bundle had been activated for several hours after the initial purchase. I only purchased one.<br> I have tried several times to resolve / escalate this matter via Customer service to no avail. Ref: 0054~4UG0 <br> Not good enough! Will now seriously consider porting at en of current contract. Have been a contract customer for approx. 18 years.
