I am typing this with a heavy heart and service I received from BM Power. I have spoken to Charmaine Hamone and complained about BM Power giving me bad service.
Charmaine instead of helping me she keep on sending me back to BM Power. Monday the 18/03:2024 Charmaine call them to give me a call. Elias call me not sure if he works there or what, However the Managing Director Tumelo he always give empty promises. I am asking King Price to RED FLAG BM Power.
I paid R15000.00 for turbo repair and every time my car goes back to them they trying to create a problem to milk the warranty and now I am still stuck with the turbo leaking and coolant losing water since my car was started to be repaired by BM Power.
I am frustrated for the past 3 months this is pathetic and frustrating everyday I must pour water in the car I paid R15000.00 and I don’t want to lose my cool for a court case with BM Power. I have been patient with them for 3 months and they give me run around.
I also took the car to BMW for diagnostic again paid R1550 on the 08/03/2024 they still confirmed the Turbo is leaking inside pipes and BM Power keeps denying to fix my Car.
What is sad is Charmaine Hamon say she is afraid they won’t refer customers to them but leave me in the dessert with unfixed car without calling them to be accountable. Now everyday I am calling texting like a madness person. I am asking someone at King Price who knows what they are doing to assist me with this matter .
Tumelo and his Mechanics can’t fix the Car and keep on lying daily to fix.
Assesor Robbie also went there and they never attempted to give Robbie a full report and keep charging for parts that do not exist. The problem is the turbo leaking pipes inside l.
I also again took the car to Turbo Repairs at Boksburg referred by BmW Kempton park since they used them for repairing their parts and still same thing turbo leaking and Tumelo keep getting wrong information from stupid mechanics.
Now since my car started with BM Power it’s been a nightmare in my life .
I am asking Tumelo to refund me and get a better place to assist me or Warranty to give them a red flag before claim goes to Engine faulty.
Very unhappy and frustrated with the service for the past 3 months it’s been a nightmare’s in my life with BM Power Wyberg. I cant be ****med 15000 and let it go
