Firstly, I got a tyre puncture and contacted BMW, I got no assistance, but rather I was referred to my insurance. I was very disappointed because that was my first experience, compared to others that was the worse service one could ever experience.
Secondly, I took a car to the service recently, but it was clear that tyre monitor was not functioning. This almost cost my life because I relied on monitor system after realising that car was loosing control, I kept driving till my destination, that when I was told that, BMW can't help me therefore I should contact my insurance.
BMW must stop deceiving us knowing that they won't fulfil thier commitments.
