PATHETIC ON CALL!!!!

This is the worst most pathetic place. BMW are supposed to be this good. My parents are stuck in Kruger national park with car problems, bookings been made for today at 7 for the towing service to pick them up. They never ever booked it. My father confirmed and did all he was suppose to do. They are stuck in the BUSH!!!!!! . With a big problem. And no one helps. This is the worst service. They have to go to another camp tomorrow. 3 days stuck without a car. I will never suggest the BMW On Call. You guys are pathetic. You guys give BMW a bad name. You must be a shamed to say this place is on call!! Because there is no ON CALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YOU ARE PATHETIC!!! And shame on you leaving to elderly people STRANDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
