#BIG BRAND BULLYING# Its all about profit and self gain - !!! Very Disappointing Service from BMW South Africa My brand new BMW 4 series didnt want to start when at Oliver Tambo Airport on Sunday evening . They took over an hour and a half to reach me to try and assist me with my problem. I still had to drop of the other 2 passengers, one in jhb and the other in Pretoria and then drive all the way to Rustenburg. BMW on call only arrived after curfew time - 22:00 . If BMW On Call had responded timeously but after waiting 45 minutes more son had to phone again - the lady that assisted, Maureen was unhelpful, lacked empathy snd understanding of situation. It appears were were a nuisance call to her. She seemed “brain dead” as she had no understanding of the situation and treated us with total disrespect and disregard!!!Bmw On call tajevtheir time to respond due to their incompetent call centre agents and then refuse to pay our accommodation and rather advise my son to break the law of the country and drive home after curfew. How ridiculous - is BMW above the law and will they give me protection if I am arrested for breaking level 3 regulations? Bmw employees lack recognition of the lockdown regulations and there attitude “ dont make your problem ours” stinks!! Dont be fooled by the “Wish list” that BMW on call offers - you will be stranded and left on your own. Bmw so called service is badly misrepresented abd misleads customers. Although the BMW cars are awesome to drive, their after sales and customer care is pathetic I’m clearly rethinking and reconsidering if I will ll ever purchase the brand again!! Bmw should hang their heads in shame!! Just a month ago we bought 2 brand new BMW’s? Is this they way they reward loyal customers?? If they carry conducting business in this manner - they will destroy the BMW brand totally and eventually be no more!!
