I traded-in my vehicle in November 2019 with this dealership. The following year, i received 2 fines in CapeTown for the vehicle not having valid registration. The dealership sold the vehicle on and DID NOT change the registration to the new owner. I brough this to the attention of the dealership and they have taken over a year and still did not pay one of the fines. I had to settle the fine as i was renewing my drivers license card earlier this year. The dealership has to date REFUSED to refund me for the fine. I've has to pay due to their fraudulent behaviour. BMW-SA intervened but still no resolution. Customers should be careful when dealing with this dealership.

Pieter Kriel, I thank you for the fantastic service you have given me. I have received the most a very friendly and professional from you, He earned my trust while i was Gauteng and him in Cape town. I was able to successfully buy a Vehicle from there and all the finances were in order he got everything sorted for me. Well the most interesting thing, the car is not brand new and unfortunately i could not go and see it m self if there were any issues, but the way he was so transparent and assured me that i will be happy the car gets to me it made me feel so relieved. Once again thanks man keep up the good work it is much appreciated. I am loving my ride and having fun Thanks Pieter

excellent service from the service department. They were very honest in telling me it was too early for another service on my car and they reset my control unit with no charge. Many thanks.

I took my car for a full service at BMW Auto Atlantic in Cape Town and they did not pour oil on it. The consultant that assisted me was aware that I will be taking a trip from Cape Town to Knysna on the day I took it for service. I rote to them and they still have not attended my complaint. My car has a funny sound coming from the top now.
