BMW Auto Glen: dismal service coupled with an I don't care attitude!!!!

The service is appalling!!!! I took my car in for a service this morning and the lady who is supposed to help with shuttle bookings totally ignored me and when I asked what time the shuttle leaves, she gave me such an attitude and literally answered me as she was walking away!!!! I told her she was being rude, the other staff members just watched and simply ignored what was happening and this was not my first bad experience with them. Some of their staff are generally rude and think they are doing us a favour when we drop off our cars for servicing. I also had an experience which left a bitter taste in my mouth with their finance lady. AUTO GLEM BMW we are all paying clients and should be treated with respect!!!!
