PATHETIC SERVICE! BMW CONSTANTIA!
I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an issue that has arisen following my recent visit to BMW Constantia for an oil service and rear wheel assessment. I dropped off my BMW M4 Coupe on Monday morning (07:30 AM) and collected it on Thursday afternoon after approving the quotation and settling the invoice. Upon inspecting my vehicle on Friday morning, I discovered significant damage to the rear bumper. The damage is clearly visible, indicating that a dent was likely pressed out. I have attached several photographs for your reference: Note I have discovered New under carriage damage, loose panels, and I the video I received prior giving the go ahead to fix my vehicle there was no damage to any panels, more so the noise on the rear wheels are still hearable. This is Utmost embarrassing for a BMW agent to disrespect my vehicle and my money. I want urgent feedback and assistance on this matter! This situation is quite concerning, as I expect the highest level of care and service when dealing with my vehicle. I have already reached out to you regarding this matter and am awaiting your urgent feedback. I would appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this issue, as I am eager to understand how we can rectify this damage. This rear bumper will need to be replaced, Please let me know the next steps we can take to ensure that my vehicle is restored to its original condition.

BMW Constantia - Overall Experience
Josh is a star! Bought a car from this dealership last year! Service was top tier from enquiry right to taking ownership of the car. Car drives beautifully and whatever issues/fears I had were allayed beautifully. I have also serviced the car twice now at the dealership and it has been a breeze! First BMW and I am converted! Thank you Josh!

BMW Constantia - Overall Experience
Josh is a star! Bought a car from this dealership last year! Service was top tier from enquiry right to taking ownership of the car. Car drives beautifully and whatever issues/fears I had were allayed beautifully. I have also serviced the car twice now at the dealership and it has been a breeze! First BMW and I am converted! Thank you Josh!

dishonest sales executive
I wanted to purchase a brand new bmw X1, simone govender who i originally dealt with at donfords bmw asked me to move my deal with her to Constantia BMW, simone did not load my details on the system. Instead what simone did, she lead me on and requested thousands of rands, under false pretence, from lying about assisting her recently widowed mother financially, to the sudden passing away of uncle and needing finances for his funeral, to not being able to pay for rent. Simone claimed that the landlord had been harrassing her at work, going as far as speaking to her manager, and embarrassing her in front of her work colleagues. The landlord and simone's own mother have confirmed that simone did not pay rent or send any money to her mother. The landlord also confirmed that He did not harrass or contact her work, this was untrue - as can be seen here https://shorturl.at/ruv19. Simone's family confirmed that she does not assist them, they do not speak to her, they have written her off. Simone had **** about the passing of an uncle and there was no funeral. The landlord stated that simone did not pay rent for months and dishonestly moved out quietly leaving his apartment unlocked, filthy and dirty. When confronted, simone threatened that she would ruin my reputation and claim that if i exposed what she had done, she would tell people i was seeking revenge "all cause she turned me down" this is not true, the issue is the large sums of money and the false pretence that simone asked for money. Simone **** and threatened to tell her bosses I made up wanting to purchase a bmw just to speak to her, this is not true. When i realised the amount of deceit, I got my bmw x1 elsewhere.

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from SMG BMW Constantia when the sales lady, Simone Govender, approached me asking for money for a sick relative of hers (a relative that does not exist, she wanted to get money by using a sad story). What she didn’t know was that I had known her family since I was a child growing up in durban. It turned out that Simone was asking another client for money for a deceased family member. This family member, according to Simone's mother and sister, doesn’t even exist! Simone's own family have written her off and refuse to talk to her. She has a history of deceiving people and asking for money under false pretenses. I strongly advise anyone buying a vehicle to steer clear of this ********* sales representative.

This family member, according to Simone's mother and sister, doesn’t even exist! Simone's own family have written her off and refuse to talk to her. She has a history of deceiving people and asking for money under false pretenses. I strongly advise anyone buying a vehicle to steer clear of this ********* sales representative.

It has recently come to my attention that my sister Simone Govender who works for BMW, has been dishonestly telling her customers that our father passed away, and how hard she has taken his death. This not true, she is lying. The reality is she was not close to my father, she was a problem to my father, a serious problem. The motive? She has been asking her customers for financial assistance. Her story is that she needs to send money to our poor widowed mother who has been burdened to pay the medical bills of our late father. THIS IS A COMPLETE FABRICATED LIE!!! Simone does not send money to my mom or the family. In fact my mother, my sisters, and I have all written Simone off. None of us speak to Simone. Simone is an individual of extreme dishonesty, manipulation, and deceit. She has a long history of lying and exploiting people, Simone is a compulsive ****. Simone should not be allowed to deal with the public, and in my opionion should be in jail.
