I am writing to bring to your immediate attention an issue that has arisen following my recent visit to BMW Constantia for an oil service and rear wheel assessment. I dropped off my BMW M4 Coupe on Monday morning (07:30 AM) and collected it on Thursday afternoon after approving the quotation and settling the invoice.
Upon inspecting my vehicle on Friday morning, I discovered significant damage to the rear bumper. The damage is clearly visible, indicating that a dent was likely pressed out. I have attached several photographs for your reference:
Note I have discovered New under carriage damage, loose panels, and I the video I received prior giving the go ahead to fix my vehicle there was no damage to any panels, more so the noise on the rear wheels are still hearable. This is Utmost embarrassing for a BMW agent to disrespect my vehicle and my money. I want urgent feedback and assistance on this matter!
This situation is quite concerning, as I expect the highest level of care and service when dealing with my vehicle. I have already reached out to you regarding this matter and am awaiting your urgent feedback.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this issue, as I am eager to understand how we can rectify this damage. This rear bumper will need to be replaced, Please let me know the next steps we can take to ensure that my vehicle is restored to its original condition.
