I just baught a car a month ago from this dealership, 2-3 weeks later the betry of the car died and I had to keep on calling Bmw assist to come and jump start me till I ended up replacing it with a new betry which they did refund me. Just a day after replacing the betry the break pads light goes on and then I booked the car for service at BMW LMG when I get there they told me I have to pay for it cos it’s not covered, they also saw that there were two decrees which wer loose *****s on the intake and I have to call the dealer where I baught the car to solve the issue for me as well as the break pads since the car is still new. Mind u both invoice for the *****s and break pads were amounting to a total of R11 596.97 which I then called the joburg south dealership and explained the problem to them. Just when I called I was told they cannot fix that issue even the betry issue they did a favor for me so I have to fix everything myself cos the car is second hand. I am now sitting here with this invoices asking myself how do this people expect me to pay so much amount of money on a car that is just a month old. All my life since I’ve been buying cars such problems would be fixed by the dealership but this one’s just shut me down and told me to fix everything myself cos it’s not their problem it’s my own problem cos I know the car is second hand I should expect such problems
