What incredible service. I own a 10+ year old scooter but still get the service I would expect as a brand new bike owner. Shout out especially to Daneel for his absolutely incredible work ethic and for always keeping the customers abreast of everything that is happening. 10/10 would highly recommend the BMW Motorrad team!

a high level of professionalism and support when buying into a premium brand. What I received was delayed communication, inadequate technical support, and a series of excuses rather than solutions. I strongly urge any prospective buyers to think twice before purchasing from BMW Fourways or trusting BMW Motorrad South Africa with your safety. The support systems are not what you'd expect from a "premium" manufacturer, and the bike itself has not lived up to its promise in terms of quality, reliability, or peace of mind. I regret this purchase, and I would not recommend the dealership or the brand to other riders. There are far better and more reliable options on the market with companies that value their customers and take product faults seriously

I ride what I regard to be the best all-round motorcycle in the world, but I have received the worst service in the world with regards to the following issue. My wife and I took to the roads in South Africa in December 2023. We were doing a coastal trip down the east coast heading south and to the west coast. We enjoyed the adventure very much experiencing all weather conditions. During a massive storm that we encountered, my key must have picked up moisture and thus my bike could not start. BMW MOTORRAD Cape Town collected my bike on 3rd of January 2024 and could not help me. I had to send my bike by truck to the dealership that I bought the bike from, in Johannesburg 1300klm trip. My wife and I had to then fly back to Johannesburg at a cost incurred due to BMW technical incompetence. My bike arrived at BMW MOTORRAD Fourways on the 11th of January 2024 and I went to complete documentation for a new key to be ordered. My case was being dealt with by a man named Leroy. I have been doing weekly follow-ups with Leroy and last week I was told that I should have my bike back this week. Upon following up with regards to progress I was told that Leroy is on leave. A gentleman named Daniel followed up on the bike and just informed me that nothing has been done with regards to sorting out my bike. I was very politely informed that I will be waiting atleast another 4 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable 🤬🤬🤬🤬

My house keys which included my BMW keys were ****** by the guys who came to deliver something in my house. I called your branch and was assisted by Dewald Van Der Westhuizen who was so professional and customer experience orientated. To cut a story short, I managed to have the ****** key blocked the next day. I was quite impressed by how he communicated with me and explaining everything to me . He must called me about 3 times and he was so amazing on how he dealt with my query. We need more people like you Dewald . Well done and I was blown away By your service being in the Retail industry it's very hard to be impressed but you won my heart. Big ups and well done . You are an asset to your company and I am inspired ✨️

What an utterly miserable service experience. I took my bike in for an inspection and service. Not once did I receive a phone call or update from this service department about any of my inquiries. I wasn't even notified that the bike was ready for collection. Every promise of "we'll call you/email you back" was met by days of waiting and no response. On top of the horrendous service, the 2 year warranty BMW sold me doesn’t cover mechanical wear and tear on the bike. An additional week of my time now wasted with a useless warranty claim, that I am ultimately not covered by. This is the last BMW I own in South Africa - I don't pay businesses to waste my time and money.
