BMW disappointing info services..

I have since the past week been calling BMW Rosslyn plant with a query for a varsity student practice with no help. Reception answers calls transfers and the extensions go off. Today alone i called 5 times nobody picked their extension. Noone can give an email address to direct my query. Lastweek I emailed customer service the response was totally unrelated directing me tocthe website for jobs, I'm not looking for. Doesn't BMW have corporate social responsibility? How can such a big company have such unprofessional info services. Disappointed..
