I am disappointment and frustration with the service I have received from your workshop. On June 13, 2025, I booked my car in due to a problem of not starting, and your team opened a job card and assessed the issue. However, the subsequent repairs have been unsatisfactory.
Timeline of Events - June 17, 2025: The car was attended to, and I was promised an update on June 18. - June 19, 2025: I was informed that the problem was fixed, and I was charged and told it was fixed. - June 26, 2025: The car experienced the same problem again and failed to start. - June 30, 2025: The car was towed back to the workshop. - July 4, 2025: I was told the car was fixed, and I was charged for the repairs - July 8, 2025: The car experienced the same problem again and wouldn't start. - July 9, 2025: The car was brought back to the workshop, where it has remained until now. I have not received any update and when I call im being transferred to an un attended line
Concerns I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of progress updates and the recurring nature of the problem. Despite multiple attempts to fix the issue, the problem persists. I expect a higher level of service and from you guys.
