BNI is a cult

BNI, a cult type business network of clique's and zero accountability. When you raise with membership commitees that another member has threatened you, or work thats been paid for hasnt been completed, or appointments havent been attended to, there is ZERO accountability. They hold disciplinary meetings under the guise that you work FOR them, which is not the case. A huge disappointment unless you subscribe to their way of doing things. There are no mentors, there is little training, and HUGE repercussions when you dont do what they want. Dishonest people thrive here !!
