I'm a property owner, I've been waiting for rent for the month of May, the agreement with them on the 1st of March 2024, was to take a commission for the whole year in the first month and hold the their deposit, thereafter the tenants to pay straight to my bank account. It happens that the tenants mistakenly pay the rent to them. I used to phone so that the money can be transferred to my account. The problm was solved but there was outstanding payment that was due end of May. 2024, I thought the tenants were struggling to pay rent. Later I communicated with the tenants about this matter and they told me that they never missed any payment they always pay on time. I reported about the matter to the Katy, George and Jessica on the 12 August 2024. They were all aware and promise to transfer the funds to me end of August 2024. End of August 2024 they told me that, the funds were allocated for the following week, when I contact them they told me to wait for end of September 2024. I've been trying to get hold of them but no one is picking my calls, and when I send WhatsApp to Jessica and George only 1 tick don't know what is happening. They don't respond, even on email them emails.
