Broadwalk estates
They are *******s Patricia Govender she ran away with our tenants deposited money.when we try to call her she blocked out emails and phone numbers.We have raised a complaint on her in Saps and they requested to gather more victims to sue her and put a strong case against her.

These people (Patricia Govender) are con artists they’d ****med me and my tenant money, they committed ***** and made my tenant to sign **** lease agreement meanwhile they know that I’m not renewing the lease. They moved from their offices without warning, disappeared with my money and the tenant's deposit. Not answering their phones.

Dissatisfaction
This company is pure dissatisfaction where they are able to take your money but not refund your money its been more than 3 months since I left the place but no deposit paid back to my account either no communication or being moved from pillar to post

Deposits with held and property totally in a mess
This company does not follow correct business ethics.Being a owner of properties and having worked with many agencies,my experience with this agency is that ,when a client moves out ,they don't pay you ,your dep so you are inclined to book the next tenant with them.If you are owed money ,you will never get hold of the director of the company.Eventually they owe you a big amount and will not pay you.The only way forward is to report them to the relevant authorities

Deposit complain
I rented the place and paid all due amounts and i moved out as i didn’t renew my lease with them however its been 2 months with no deposit paid back and no solid communication given moved from pillar to post now when I'm trying to make communication with them its either I'm moved from pillar to post or not attended to

Avoid Boardwalk Estates – Deposit Withheld and Poor Conduct
I would like to warn other tenants and owners about my experience with Boardwalk Estates, who have ********ly withheld my rental deposit after my lease ended on 31 January 2025 despite proper notice and attempts to follow the correct exit procedures. According to the Rental Housing Act, a deposit must be refunded within 21 days after termination of the lease, yet this was not honored. I escalated the matter to the Rental Housing Tribunal and a settlement agreement was reached requiring them to refund the deposit together with accrued interest; however, despite this formal agreement, they have still refused to refund me. Based on this experience, I strongly caution other tenants to be extremely careful when dealing with Boardwalk Estates and to ensure that all communication and documentation are properly recorded

This has been an absolute disaster. First rushed in to move within a week - at my expense. Monthly rent was an uphill battle. Tenant discontinued contract within 3 months . The last month of which they are refusing to pay the rent . They’ve also kept the deposit. No calls are being returned. After sending several emails and texts - a single text back after I threatened legal action - but still no payment. They kept on transferring me from one agent to another then told me stories about their Finance department. Now they are not responding to my calls WhatsApp messages and emails. They are never in their offices.
