Deposits with held and property totally in a mess
This company does not follow correct business ethics.Being a owner of properties and having worked with many agencies,my experience with this agency is that ,when a client moves out ,they don't pay you ,your dep so you are inclined to book the next tenant with them.If you are owed money ,you will never get hold of the director of the company.Eventually they owe you a big amount and will not pay you.The only way forward is to report them to the relevant authorities

Estee lauder worst customer service ever
I purchased a product online on sale. It was a wrong color. I contacted customer service the day of recept and was told I could take it to any Estee counter and exchange it.. I was then told I could only exchange it online. When I contacted the online customer service, I was told there is no exchange or refund on sale items. This is worst customer service I've ever encountered. I've been a customer for over 10vyears never again .I will be taking it up with the correct authority.

Discovery medical aid has let me down. Make sure you fill an application physically and email. Because if a consultant fills the form incorrecly it becomes your problem
I became a member on the 1/07/21. I realized the hospital I used for my chronic health was not on the list of hospitals as per our reason for taking that specific option. My partner called numerous times and everytime the answer was the same. They are waiting to get the recording of the original contract. We explained to the last consultant the reason for the chosen hospital.On the 12/10/21 I was hospitalized and diagnosed with glaucoma. Medical aid comes back to me on the 22/11/21 and tells me they are not paying my hospital bills and I'm not on medical aid as of 01/07/21 because I did not inform them of my medical condition. Please be aware that I was calling them repeatedly to change my plan cos they made a mistake initially. Now they sent me a firm that is a online app with no signature as proof that I defaulted. This is bad been on momentum on chronic never ever had an issue. Now I'm sitting with all the stress of bills to pay. Beware of the medical aid you take
