This has been an absolute disaster. First rushed in to move within a week - at my expense. Monthly rent was an uphill battle. Tenant discontinued contract within 3 months . The last month of which they are refusing to pay the rent . They’ve also kept the deposit. No calls are being returned. After sending several emails and texts - a single text back after I threatened legal action - but still no payment. Please don’t make the mistake of installing Citique prepaid metres .. from the agents who sell it , to the aftercare services- it’s so pathetic. They have an app- that DOES not work . They blocked my account - and it’s taking forever to unblock it - whilst my new tenant needs electricity. They have no care - and keep apologising. They furthermore said that people are charged different tarrif rates - the amount of which is not privy to us as customers. Their electricity is way more expensive than the average cost. Just don’t install it , biggest regret .
I’m left stranded at work at 17:15 in the evening- with NO ANSWER from anyone !!! Their service has been appalling! They have not even completed my service - with things pending from 2 services ago - that they’re still fixing . No one takes accountability- the service manager just does not care . Being the only branch left in Durban - the service is pathetic. I’ve been driving a Mercedes for over 10 years now - and sad to say - will never again . I’m not even sure of whether I’ll get my car back today . Please - DO NOT - I repeat do not buy a Mercedes if you live in Durban. You will pay an arm and a leg and receive **** quality.
So awful. Paid a packet to move my goods from Jhb to durban and after almost 60% of my items being damaged (including major appliances that no longer work) The e owner Maria, informed me that she doesn't know what to do. She apologized for the inconvenience and costs incurred to me. When I informed her that an apology was not enough - she informed it was all I was going to get. Please do not use unless you're willing to accept an apology in return for damaged goods.
