Been biscuits ( torn inside )

I’m extremely disappointed with Bob Martin Beno biscuits. I found a thorn-like object inside one of the biscuits, which could have harmed my small dog. When I contacted customer service, they showed no genuine concern for my dog’s safety and were only focused on details like barcodes and expiry dates. They didn’t ask about my dog’s well-being or offer any solution. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. I strongly advise pet owners to avoid these biscuits for the safety of their furry friends.
