I waited for an order of a month for a delivered after 15,000 emails and correspondence they delivered my order it was actually not what I ordered. The chairs are like twice a small as what I ordered and now no one‘s responding to sort out the issue I’ve asked countless times for somebody to call me back with no response. The service is very bad
I’m extremely disappointed with Bob Martin Beno biscuits. I found a thorn-like object inside one of the biscuits, which could have harmed my small dog. When I contacted customer service, they showed no genuine concern for my dog’s safety and were only focused on details like barcodes and expiry dates. They didn’t ask about my dog’s well-being or offer any solution. This lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable. I strongly advise pet owners to avoid these biscuits for the safety of their furry friends. Rating: -5
Vodacom Meadowdale mall The staff is unprofitable and has no idea what they are doing . I have been with Vodacom for over 20y never ever in my like I have seen such bad service. The staff didn’t even know or wanted to assist to issue a eSIM . “ We can’t do it just go to east gate or greenstone “ They didn’t even make an effort, it was easier for them just to seat and not assist.
If I could give -10 I would. For the last month my internet speed is 1.2-7 mph on a good night , I pay for sped of 100mbp. I have call and put on FB and on the app more then 30 times , no one is interested. They tell you they will find out the issue and call you back and no one calls back ever . However on the 1st of May they didn’t forget to debit my acc . So I paying for no internet and no assistance what so ever !
Still issue with contract cancellation.... i was on the phone 3 times today for over 30m each time after i got a call on the 27Sep that all was sorted . Noting sorted shocking service from customer care no one wants me to speak to manger . I have had a contract with Vodacom for over 20 years never ever have i seen such BAD and incompetent service . I will be posting this on social media and advising ppl not to take contracts with vodacom. How can you hire ppl that have no idea what is going on in UR system SHOCKING !!!!!!!
Very disappointed again with Vodacom still waiting gor the supervisor to call me from last week. After I ask for them to listen to the recording as I never authorized a new contract no response. As usual!
<p>I have 3 apple devices all with the data switched off and yet somehow the data is completely gone, where is all the data being used to if I have the data switched off? I have previously complained about this and yet it keeps happening, but yet the app is never working and I also cannot purchase data. I not only require data to work but this is unbelievable that there is no way this data could have been used. I would appreciate a response </p>
<p>In December I handed in my Iphone fo a new screen, not only did I have to wait two weeks but now the screen has brown lines running across and water lines running down, the lighting is very dark, it is unclear, the touch screen is not responding properly and the handset gets extremly hot. It ny had a cracked screen and none of these issues before this. How do I now actually have this poblem resolved if Vodacom actually caused it.</p>
<p>I currently hve a 3G card through vodcom, on avrage I spend R200 monthly, should we go over that amount, Vodacom is supposed to advise me. Not only was I not advised but I then get a bill For R1500. How does a big corporation expect people to just have extra funds lying around, do they not think we might have other expenses or a budget. Plus to try and reach them is impossible. Consumers have rights. How do I now find out not only why is the bill so high, but why I wasnt contacted and how will I get refunded as I actually hardly use the 3G card.</p>
