I have called and e-mailed Bob Martin since November 2024 requesting ALL the ingredients in the Bon Appetit Cat food on NUMEROUS occasions, and to-date have received NO positive response except an e-mail on 3 March 2025 from Consumer Enquiries stating - "We apologise for the inconvenience caused, kindly note that we waiting feedback from a department that has all the information. We will revert soonest". I am STILL waiting.
Their non responsiveness is VERY concerning & tells me the ingredients are suspicious, hence no information is given to me. I am going to have their food tested by a professional and will post the results on social media.
Recently I noticed that the tins I purchased look very different to what they normally look like.
Please avoid purchasing their products as their service is DISGUSTING!!!!!
