I have called and e-mailed Bob Martin since November 2024 requesting ALL the ingredients in the Bon Appetit Cat food on NUMEROUS occasions, and to-date have received NO positive response except an e-mail on 3 March 2025 from Consumer Enquiries stating - "We apologise for the inconvenience caused, kindly note that we waiting feedback from a department that has all the information. We will revert soonest". I am STILL waiting. Their non responsiveness is VERY concerning & tells me the ingredients are suspicious, hence no information is given to me. I am going to have their food tested by a professional and will post the results on social media. Recently I noticed that the tins I purchased look very different to what they normally look like. Please avoid purchasing their products as their service is DISGUSTING!!!!!
I've been trying to contact them since last year via their website, consumer e-mail address & telephone & have still not received a response about the ingredients in their Bon Appetit mousse cat food which makes me think they have something to hide!!! Disgusting service!!!!

My phone just switches off & the connection for my charger is faulty. I took my phone to someone in Ballito who fixed blackberry phones & he said this is a very common problem with this phone. I kept on buying new chargers thinking it was a faulty charger. (I must say that I was impressed with the suppliers of the chargers as they freely changed the charger.....why can't blackberry do the same). My complaint is, how can I be locked into a contract for 2 years with a faulty product & then be expected to be without a phone for 15 to 22 working days, (already phoned their call centre & technical centre) whilst it goes in for repairs. I should be given a replacement phone &/or be allowed to upgrade my contract so that I can change the phone. This is absolute nonsense & I cannot believe it is allowed. Where is your 'keep your customer happy' Blackberry. What now???
