04 May 2026, 15:13Hi Jacques,
Thank you for taking the time to contact us, and we apologise for the confusion and frustration around your delivery. We fully understand that waiting for a parcel can be frustrating, especially when the delivery appears to be taking longer than expected.
The parcel was collected on 29 April. As 1 May was a public holiday, it does not count as a business day toward the courier provider’s transit time. Based on the selected OVNR service level, Overnight Regional, with an estimated transit time of 1–3 business days, excluding the day of collection, the estimated delivery window is between 4 May and 5 May. The shipment is therefore still within the expected delivery timeframe.
Please note that any applicable fuel surcharges or drive-away charges have not yet been finalised. These charges can only be confirmed once the courier provider has completed the relevant route calculations. If you have queries regarding the service level selected or are requesting a refund, you will need to contact Solar Warehouse directly, as they will be best placed to assist.
Kind regards,
Best regards,
