Not a scam - product arrived 3 months late.

I initially thought that this company had stolen my money after countless emails with excuses. My product finally arrived today - over 3 months late. Be patient, your order will arrive at some point...

Their communication with customers needs to improve drastically as their call lines do not work nor do they reply to direct emails. This makes customers, like myself, very uneasy.
