I operate a shop in the Drakensberg called Misty Peaks, we stock Bobo bird watches and glasses and deal directly with the supplier. They have always been extremely efficient and my orders have arrived timeously. If you have been waiting for months it is almost certainly due to our shocking postal service which I have first hand . SCAM!!!!!!!!
I ordered and paid for a watch on the 29th November 2019, got an email on the 12 December saying my order is ready to be shipped and I will receive a tracking number in the next 24 hours and I'm still waiting. After multiple calls and emails to them with no reply and when you try to go on the website it doesn't exist anymore . I contacted Bobo Bird International they told me there is nothing they can do, and they are the only official Bobo Bird site.

I ordered and paid for a watch on the 29th November 2019, got an email on the 12 December saying my order is ready to be shipped and I will receive a tracking number in the next 24 hours and I'm still waiting. After multiple calls and emails to them with no reply and when you try to go on the website it doesn't exist anymore . I contacted Bobo Bird International they told me there is nothing they can do, and they are the only official Bobo Bird site.

Pathetic service
I bought a watch on their website 6 November. Till now I have not received any feedback or progress reports. I have tried all the various contact details but without any success. I have reported their FB page as a scam and is currently trying to report their website as well. Have reported them to my bank to try and recover my money. Will never do business with them ever.

Bad service, order undelivered, no responce
I bought 2 watches from Bobobird S.A. online and paid for bot on the 6th of September 2019, but I only received 1. I cannot get hold of them they don't answer emails, .The contact number on their Facebook pg does not exist and they have changed their web page, which is now permanently under construction.

Worst company to get feedback and service. Ordered and paid 6/9 already. Just to eventually find out they dont have stock. Now no one is reachable to request a refund or change the order to something else. Pathetic service and will not recommend to anyone.

Not a scam - Be patient - Their service just sucks
Also thought it was a scam until it arrived 2 months later. Their numbers are unreachable and their email responses seem system generated. Then I looked here on hellopeter and was convinced it was a scam. I even commented on every post on their facebook page telling everyone it's a scam. Be patient, they will not respond to you. And If they do, they will say it's a backlog issue. But your stuff will arrive... eventually.

It's a scam. They don't deliver. Made a purchase on the 12th of April. Still have not received anything. Of the thousand emails I've sent, only one has been replied to telling me my order has been shipped. Yet I'm to receive a tracking number. The telephone they provide is imaginary, it doesn't work. I see the live chat guy "Keegan" has also disappeared.

Not a scam - product arrived 3 months late.
I initially thought that this company had stolen my money after countless emails with excuses. My product finally arrived today - over 3 months late. Be patient, your order will arrive at some point... Their communication with customers needs to improve drastically as their call lines do not work nor do they reply to direct emails. This makes customers, like myself, very uneasy.
