SCAM!!!!!!!!

I ordered and paid for a watch on the 29th November 2019, got an email on the 12 December saying my order is ready to be shipped and I will receive a tracking number in the next 24 hours and I'm still waiting. After multiple calls and emails to them with no reply and when you try to go on the website it doesn't exist anymore . I contacted Bobo Bird International they told me there is nothing they can do, and they are the only official Bobo Bird site.
