It should have been zero stars!
I joined Hello Peter to warn other potential victims of this scheme.
So the MO is this: they offer goods for sale on their online store, confirm that they have the stock available to fulfill your order and that it will be delivered 2-5 days from payment, get you to pay upfront and then don't ship your purchases.
If you should inquire, they apologise that the order is late but assure that the will deliver, and the delivery date is always moved 3 days later.
They stop communicating with you from this point onward, the "landline" phone is not answered and ends up going to voicemail lite, so that you cannot leave a message. E-Mails go unanswered. If, by some miracle, the phone is answered, the person answering pretends to assist you but does not have the foggiest what you are on about. The person that you might have communicated before is always unavailable to speak to you.
If you want to get a refund, you are welcome to do so, just e-mail you order details and banking information. And then do not hold your breath.
Don't be fooled by the professional online store website, physical address, landline number or the local bank account (wonder how FICA was passed?). There is nothing legit about this.
If this sounds familiar, please go to you local police station and lay a charge of fraud against this "business". We might not ever get back what was stolen from us, but at least we can put a stop to this by standing together. Also report the incident to the Cyber Security Hub: cshubcsirt@cybersecurityhub.gov.za to facilitate a take down of the website.
